We want you to love your purchase from House of Aevum. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return guidelines below.

Conditions for returns:

For the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

• For hygiene reasons, perfumes and jewellery cannot be returned unless defective.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of receipt of return delivery.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
